Just a quick note to let you all know that our move went REALLY fast and REALLY smooth...the numbering system I mentioned earlier - FANTASTIC! Feel free to steal our idea...because it seriously couldn't have gone better...2 hours and all the trucks unloaded and every box in the right place...beautiful... :)
But, you know, now the real work begins...unpacking everything. Yesterday between people stopping in and having to run to Grand Rapids (hour away - which is about how far you have to travel around here) to get things for the house (which took our entire morning and part of our afternoon), I think we did did OK. Stephen and I have our room, Titus's room, and Damaris's room all unpacked and put away, and blinds up. Now the rooms just need the finishing touches on them like pictures. That will come, but right now we just want to get rooms settled. I think next will be the kitchen for me...and Stephen really wants the living room taken care of.
The house looks GREAT by the way...I love all my colors...and can't wait to show you how the kitchen turned out...I couldn't have picked a better color.

Happy Belated Anniversary! I'm glad to hear that the move went so well! I like the idea of your numbering system...that's something I would so be into and then when it would come down to it...the first boxes would be done that way and by the end I would just be throwing things into random boxes and it would be a complete mess! ha! Can't wait to see pictures of your house...I love to see how other people decorate and their choice in paint colors! Take care!
How awesome, I can't wait to see pics of the house and one day see it in person!:) We are coming to Michigan at the end of October, hopefully we'll get a chance to see yah!
Yay - glad you guys made it safe and sound. I'd almost leave my stuff in boxes a few extra days just so you can enjoy the numbering system a little more :) I told my friend about it, it's such a neat idea! Can't wait to see pics...
