As tradition...we went camping in the middle of nowhere for Memorial Weekend with my side of the family...here are some pictures :)

My Grandma...
I never take it for granted that my grandparents can come up every year...especially since they are almost in their mid-90's!! And my grandpa was still cutting up trees with his chain saw and playing tug of war with the great-grandkids (carefully of course ;)).

Eve didn't know what to do with everyone there - since she is inside our house all the time normally :) I think she didn't know what to do with the heat, either! But I think she still loved it!

Several of us needed more water, so the guys went down the road a couple miles to an old school house with a pump so we could refill our tanks :)
Everyone was exhausted when we got back home...
Eve slept for the whole day when we got back :)
It was over 90 degrees all weekend, which made for a very unsocial weekend - everyone just stayed in the shade and laid around. It was very drastic weather since it hasn't really gotten over 80 all spring. But we still had a good time and look forward to next year :)

Your grandma looks amazing and I can't believe your grandpa was using a chair saw. I hope those genes are passed to you :)

I love all the crazy pictures!! We have tried to go camping a couple of weekends but it keeps getting really stormy here so we have bailed out on our plans!! I hope one of these days we can go camping!! I miss it!! Maybe we can make it up there to camp with you guys again!
