Family Weekend

My other sister, Carlyn and my niece Gillian came for a visit two weekends ago, and we had a great time!!!  Here are some pictures...

As you can see, the weather was beautiful...in fact, we were all super hot because it was over 80 degrees and we were in the sun for several hours!

Since it was such a gorgeous day, everyone wanted to head down to the beach at Bass Lake near our house.  When is it ever warm enough to go swimming in a Michigan lake in mid-OCTOBER?!?  Apparently this year only :)

Eva had to come, too, of course :)

We had a great weekend, and I am glad they were able to visit...it went way too fast!
