Crazy Times

The past few weeks have kind of been a whirlwind. Last week Monday, Michelle's sister took Titus with her to Michelle's other sister's house in Indianapolis. Then we blitzed on the house in Marion to finish the bathroom and touch up painting and other odd jobs to get it ready for the open house that took place yesterday - only one person showed up :( . This was Titus' first overnight trip away from us, and he was so tired that when we picked him up the next day he slept all night until 8:30 the next morning and then slept from 10:30 until 4! He had a great time with his cousins, though - and it was nice to be able to get a lot done at the house.

We slowly keep unpacking our house in Jonesboro and getting more settled, which will be easier now that we are finished with the other house. It really needs to sell in the next week, or we will have to start renting it. That is not really something we are looking forward to having to do, but we have to have some type of income from the house to cover our mortgage.

One thing that has been a lot of fun the past couple of weeks is Titus' favorite word: "uh oh" when he drops something, or to warn us that he is about to drop something. It is absolutely adorable and makes us laugh almost every single time. You would have to hear him to really understand why it is so funny.

Here are some pictures that we thought you might enjoy :)

Our Friends Seth and Rachel Conley, and their daughter Kiersten. During their pregnancy, Rachel and Michelle were two days apart, but then Titus was 3 weeks early and Kiersten was a week late.

Isn't she a cutie?!?

It is really hard to leave them for the first time overnight isn't it? But it is really nice when you are actually able to get stuff done with no interuptions :) You will appreciate those overnight trips more and more as time goes by. I will be praying that you either sell your house or rent it out very soon. I know how scary that is when you have to cover that cost asap! Hope you are having a great summer!
