Girl's Night Out

Ali was a temp this summer in our office. She got a teaching job and her last day is tomorrow. So us girls had a fun night out as a "farewell" to Ali. We left work early, stopped at Maggie Moos (it's like Coldstone if you have been there) for ice cream and then headed down to Bead Amore' in Indianapolis. The store is FULL of lots and lots of bead of all shapes, sizes and colors. You make whatever you want - the options are endless! We had to much fun!!!

Ali and Kristen

Connie (and Damaris) and her finished jewelry

Ali and her earrings

Pam and her necklace

Kristen and my jewelry...I didn't get a picture of Kristen's jewelry :(

I made Damaris an adjustable name bracelet since it will be hard to find her name on anything else. I think I will give it to her on her 10th birthday as a special little keepsake for her. I really want to take my sister Kara and my niece Amisha back with me sometime...I think they both would LOVE it!!

All of us!

After we finished our jewelry, we went out to eat and then headed back to Marion. I didn't get home until almost 11, but it felt so nice to get out and do something fun. I haven't done something like this in a LOOOONG time.

On a side note...it was SO NICE to be able to take Damaris with me and not stress about a fussy baby...unless you have had a fussy baby before, you could never truly appreciate the peace and freedom I felt last night. She is just such a great baby!!!!
