Weekend

I was going to have another post just dumping my thoughts out there...sometimes I just need that! And it ended up being really long and I was tired reading everything I have to worry about or take care of, so I can only imagine what you guys would have thought :) Plus it came across negative, and I really had a great, encouraging weekend, so I didn't want to post it for mainly that reason.

Highlights:
*Titus got to ride on a firetruck (he loves any type of vehicle)
*Morning worship went REALLY well. The songs went very smooth and we even added guitar for one song (huge step right there for our church).
*The weather was BEAUTIFUL. Amazing what the weather can do for your attitude.
*We had almost 30 people last night at our house after evening service for a campfire. We even played 7 on 7 two-hand touch football. It was fun to see people involved that don't normally get involved.
*The Lions won yesterday. They are now 2-0 and are first in their conference. It is REALLY early in the season, but Stephen is pretty excited.
*I didn't have to work!!!!!!!
*Titus actually wanted ME yesterday and was snuggling with me...maybe some of this has to do with the huge battle of the wills I had with him yesterday morning before church? Either way it was cute, and nice to know that he still loves me even when I have to be the "bad guy".
*Titus said "Love you, Mommy" and "Love you, Daddy" to us - he has never said "I love you" to us before, and this one wasn't even prompted. Melt my heart and grab the Kleenex!!!!!!
