Melt My Heart...

I have to share an email I just got from Stephen's mom. It did my heart good because first of all, I am ready to see the kids (we haven't seen them since last Monday night), and second of all because Titus is very much a Daddy's boy, and could most of the time care less about me.

Here is the email:

I have to tell you that your son did miss YOU!!! Last night when we were getting him ready for bed, he said "I have to tell my mom that I went to school today." I had gone by the school today and he got to see the class rooms. [Note: He really wants to go to school, and even more than that ride on a school bus, so this was huge for him! I felt honored that he wanted to share his experience with me!!]

Also, in the spare room I have a night light that is an angel watching over a girl and boy. Bethany [Stephen's sister] told Titus that the boy was him and the girl Damaris and an angel watched over them to keep them safe. He said the angel is my mom. [I definitely teared up after I read this...]
