Here are some of our team building games that we did.
We had to all link arms except we were allowed to breaks in the chain
And we had to pick up water bottles that went all the way around the circle - and we didn't have much time before they were moved back further out of reach!
It was a lot of fun!
Trying to talk and figure out the next game
Have you ever played the pole game?
You have to have one finger on the bottom of the stick and your whole group has to bring it all the way down to the floor...harder than it looks unless you know the "trick" to the teamwork!
We had free time too...here are the guys playing Catan
Rebecca working on her homework for her college class - she graduates in June!!
Playing Skip-Bo
This is kind of random, I know, so let me explain. There is SO MUCH RUST in the water. The showers are just caked in it. Well at this conference center, you have to clean the place including your own room and bathroom before you go. Well, last year I got a headache and couldn't breathe using their cleaning products so I brought my own Melaleuca cleaning stuff since it is all natural. Well, I only brought my Tub and Tile cleaner, not even my more heavy duty cleaner, and in just 5 minutes of scrubbing with only Tub and Tile and a paper towel, I got almost all the rust out!!! I REALLY wish I had a "before" picture so you could really see and appreciate how clean I got this shower. And I know that if I had my other natural cleaner and had spent more time, I could have gotten all of it.
Here is another team game we did. We were on two different teams and spread all over the room and had to direct our person through the maze. If they stepped on the line, they had to go all the way to the beginning.
It was hard, but fun!
I can't imagine being the blind folded person!
At one point Stephen switched which way these guys were going through the maze...that made it tricky, too!
Trying to direct a person is hard too!
