Small Group Camping - Day 1

We got home around 2 PM on Friday, and had to be ready to go by 4 to meet up and go camping with our small group.  It was crazy, and yet I felt like it was the perfect tribute to my grandpa for us to go camping!  I was busy making food, doing laundry, while the kids were "helping" me put stuff back in the camper.  It was helpful to just pass them stuff, but wow, it was a mess to take care of when we got settled in our campsite.  I couldn't have done it without them, though!

Anyway, I have a ton of pictures from camping too...so I split it up into days.  Here is Day 1.  Enjoy!

Stuck in a mud puddle!  Only one way to get out of that :)  I keep telling him it would be a LOT easier to learn to ride with no training wheels, but he wants to part of it!  I am not pushing that one!!

We went down to check out the lake, but as you can see, Titus couldn't resist still going in :)

Dan and Kara came camping with us!  It was nice that since they were already up for the funeral, that we could spend the weekend together too!

See, you can still have fun in a cast - you just have to be crazy and have fun other ways :) :)
