Visitors!

Our good friends David and Dena are going to the mission field next summer and were going to speak at our church on Sunday, so they came for the weekend and hung out with us!

We of course had to take them to Anderson's...one of our favorites - especially since it is free!

They were so cute!  They have only had them a couple weeks, so it was fun to see something new!

The baby lemur was out!

He was so cute!!!  And loved the worker that was there.

The birds were all over the floor, too.  We had never seen that before, and were worried we might step on one!

They were landing on David, too!

On our way back out the worker let the kids pet the lemur :)

These are such colorful birds!  So pretty!

The sloth was out and active...very slow of course, but was moving the whole time :)

The peacock let us get super close!

I wish one would open its feathers sometime!  I have never seen that in person before.

Stephen and I both wore Lions shirts...not on purpose, because if you know me, I hate matching :)  I know, I am in the minority :) :)

They also have a bunch of stuff the kids get to play on, which they love!

Arctic fox!  They were sleeping inside, but when we were leaving we found this one sleeping outside!

The kids LOVE David and Dena...we spent the afternoon relaxing, napping, and hanging out...while David read book after book and played Rock, Paper, Scissors with the kids :)

Then we went down to the lake near our house...the weather was perfect and the water was warm.  Eva LOVES going and fetching a ball in the water.  She was exhausted, but just kept going!

We had a great time with David and Dena and we are excited for what God is going to do through there ministry oversees in a Muslim country!!
