Another Field Trip

Damaris's turn for a field trip on May 29th!  We went to Heritage Village at Montcalm Community College in Sydney, which is only 20 minutes away.  This time I went along :)

I had two girls in my group - Damaris and Claire, who she played t-ball with for a couple years.

We went through several of their buildings - this one was an old cabin

Next was the schoolhouse

The "teacher" explained what school would have been like 100 years ago...

It was HUGE but was actually just a small switching train for train yards.  I can't imagine!

After Heritage Village and a sack lunch, we walked across the parking lot to MCC's pool where the kids got to go swimming for the afternoon
