Retreat

There were 9 of us ladies from church that went to a retret the 19th-21st of September up at Lake Ann Camp.  The weather was beautiful, we had great services, and best of all, we had an amazing time of community as a group!

We all got to stay in a cabin together!  It was different than other retreats where we all stay in hotel rooms. It was amazing for us all to be together and have great conversations together!

For only $5 you could go on their zip line!

Amanda, Anita, Joann, and Sharon were the "brave" ones!

But it looked so fun and not as intimidating to me when I saw everyone doing it!

So finally after persuading me, and letting me borrow some tennis shoes, they talked me into it!

It was TERRIFYING for me to let go and jump off the tower.  It took me several minutes to get the courage!  But it was so much fun from that second on!

I love retreats and getting to know others in our church!  It is so different than just talking to people on Sunday, or even being a part of a small group.  We have an amazing group of ladies at our church!!
