Mowat Madness: Family Time

Here are a few random pictures from time we spent doing fun or silly things together :)

Stephen taking the kids for a ride around our yard. This has been such a cold, wet summer that our grass has stayed "spring green" all summer long (just ignore the huge patches of dirt...it is soooo hard to actually grow grass in our yard)!

We spent probably a good 20 minutes playing with Titus's cap gun...suctioning it to ourselves just to be silly and laugh. It was fantastic. So of course I had to get a picture of our silliness :)

This past Saturday we each picked something we wanted to do as a family...Damaris, Stephen and I combined ours since Stephen wanted to be on his tractor, I wanted to go for a walk, and Damaris didn't care as long as it was outside :) So we took a ride to the other side of our lake and found a random trail through the woods - it was a great find, and I think we will definitely go back sometime! We took the tractor back for a little ways, then got down and walked the trail for a while. Then Titus wanted to play with his Legos, so after we got back we hung out in his room for a while. It was a lot of fun, and nice to spend time together since it seems to be more and more rare these days!
