It has been quite a while since I have blogged...it has been crazy with football practices 3 nights a week plus games on Saturdays. This is the last week...and I am more than ready to have a break!
In spite of the busy evenings and weekends, we have had moments to relax and have fun, too!

I also had a chance to paint our basement stairwell, which was LONG overdue and something I have been wanting to get to for over a year. It was pink...ceiling and everything. Now the ceiling is white like it is supposed to be, and a nice sand color like the other stairway and basement hallway. Slowly we are plugging away at our house, and it feels good!

Next up is getting carpet in the stairway...but that is probably a little ways out yet :(
