Free at Last!

Today is the day...36 weeks so no more bedrest! I was so excited last night I could hardly sit still. I guess I didn't realize how stir crazy I had become...but 10 weeks is a long time!

Last night we went to Mi Pueblos for dinner...Even though Mexican was probably not the best choice, I at least enjoyed the food while it was going down :) This morning I cut Stephen's hair (which desperately needed it!) and we went to Wal-Mart and finished out Titus' Easter basket and picked up a few clearance items for both of the kids. We also went to the mall because we needed to find an outfit to bring home our little girl in. Needless to say, easier said than done. Everything is short sleeve and summery! No newborn is going to like being in short sleeves!! She is used to being in almost 100 degree temperatures and all snuggled in!! At least we have lots of blankets to wrap her up :) We finally found a cute spring outfit that at least had a long sleeve sweater we could put over top of the onesie, and also came with pants. We paid more than we should have, but we were sick of looking at that point. We did get a lot of great deals on other clearance items - mainly for Titus. Sears had super low prices plus we got to take an additional 50% off! I am super cheap, so I was pretty excited to find such good deals. We even found a really nice dress for her dedication at church for 50% off.

Anyway, by the end I was super tired and Titus was more than ready for a nap...the problem: the community Easter service at noon and we got home at 11:15...well, problem solved - no nursery, so Titus is taking a much needed nap and I am sitting and relaxing on the couch. I just get so uncomfortable being up for very long because I have more and more contractions, and although they don't generally hurt, they are not fun and it makes it hard to even walk sometimes. I wish I could have gone to the service with Stephen, but kids have a way of changing your life... ;)

My goal this weekend: to get our little girl's room ready. I have already made the bed and the few clothes we have for her (plus ones left over from Titus) are going in the washing machine right now. When I am feeling up to it again, I hope to get the rest of her room ready and get her bag (and mine) packed for the hospital.

Still trying to take it easy so I can last a few more weeks, but it is hard where there is SO MUCH to be done! :)
