Balancing Act

I have waaaaay too many "plates" in the air right now...but on a good note, our truck is paid off (!), we are in the middle of refinancing two of our other loans at a lower interest rate which will cut 3 years out of our debt (!!), we have a "new" car, our church's silent auction is going to be really good this Friday, and we have been BUSY working on our tax auction house. Right now we are finishing up the painting - 2 gallons of primer, 7 gallons of ceiling paint, and 13 gallons of wall paint! This weekend we are working on putting all the flooring in, and by next Tuesday we are turning on electric and gas, getting the water tested, and getting the septic pumped and inspected...just in time for our friends to move in. And did I mention we have meetings every night this week?!? Yep, I can hear those "plates" crashing any second now... :) :) :)

On a side note, I am sooooo thankful for my work being so flexible.  My boss at Frontier has let me take off 3 days in the last several weeks to work on the house, plus this week he is letting me work through my lunch and leave at 3 so I can work for a short time between work and meetings.  Even though I don't really like my day-to-day work, I am sooooo blessed with a GREAT job and wonderful co-workers!!!!

God is good!
